We provide insurance on a cross-collateralized portfolio of litigation assets (for instance, a law firm’s alternative fee agreement book). We ensure a significant victory at the trial or arbitration level by creating a “floor value” to the litigation, or insuring a floor value to earlier stage litigation in the right context. Based on any of the above insurance products, we can facilitate non-recourse financing that brings forward cash now for strategic use. Capping maximum exposure in ongoing litigation for strategic (credit enhancement, release of reserves or escrowed funds, solving M&A deal friction).
