Responsible for receiving new Casualty claim first notices via phone or e-mail from insureds; reporting them to the appropriate carrier and following up to ensure timely and complete resolution. Also responsible for assisting with education of broker employees and clients relative to claims process. Position will work with various individuals including broker, client and carrier.

The Client Executive is responsible for setting client strategy, supporting clients’ day-to-day needs, and managing overall client service for multiple clients varying in complexity. A Client Executive is expected to manage projects to exceed client expectations in alignment with agreed-upon timelines. A Client Executive must exhibit comfort working with limited information and quickly adapt to challenges with professionalism and positivity.

The Benefits Compliance Consultant will provide expertise and direction to the organization, clients, and business partners, in the area of Employee Benefits information and compliance.

This position is responsible for account support to include bond execution, processing renewals, and servicing accounts for all types of bonds

Manage the marketing & service processes within the Natural Resources team.

Manage entire marketing and service processes for either a niche or service team.

Coordinate with the Account Executive, Broker and Producer on invoicing in Applied Epic.

Manage the day-to-day functions of an assigned book of business while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsible for prospecting, soliciting, and originating new clients; with additional responsibilities of managing the overall delivery and advisory process to our clients and prospects. Producers are expected to act as trusted business advisors to their clients and prospects, delivering the best of CAC Specialty resources. In addition, we expect our producers to develop meaningful relationships with strategic centers of influence, identifying relationships that can result in significant lead generation.
