CAC Specialty Expands Senior Living Practice with Top-Tier Talent June 24, 2022CAC Specialty solidifies its Senior Living practice with additions David Thurber as Senior Vice President, Shannon Holt as Senior Vice President of Workers’ Compensation, Mark Holt as Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Yvonne Wiltse as Senior Account Executive.David Thurber joins CAC Senior Living with a strong background in senior living Professional Liability and Employment Liability claims advocacy and support. Known for his extensive knowledge and sound advice, David looks forward to providing creative solutions to potential legal issues faced by our senior living clients working directly with operators, supporting them as they navigate what at times are very challenging waters.Shannon Holt brings decades of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on workers’ compensation program design, pricing structure, and claims oversight management. Holt specialized in collaborating with clients to provide safer worksites, the retention of high performers, mitigating program costs and improving clients total cost of risk.Mark Holt will serve as Senior Vice President, Risk Management. Mark specializes in risk management services to clients as well as assisting with large property losses and coverage advocacy.
