Most recently, she served as managing director of Brown & Brown’s (formerly Beecher Carlson) national healthcare practice and has held a variety of leadership positions in the industry, including chief of staff for sales and account services at BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts.Menard organized Brown & Brown’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council in 2020 and was named a Business Insurance 2022 Woman to Watch. She was also appointed as the executive director of the Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association of Rhode Island in 2021. Menard received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simmons College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College F.W.
