CAC Specialty Announces Addition of Eric Joost as EVP Chief Technology & Global Markets Officer
DENVER, CO – May 20, 2020 – CAC Specialty announced today the addition of Eric Joost as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology & Global Markets Officer. Joost comes to CAC Specialty with more than 30 years of diverse industry expertise over a wide range of insurance products, markets and client segments. Alongside, Joost delivers a unique depth of knowledge in leading-edge technology – expertly bridging legacy platforms and new technologies across broking operations.
Joost’s focus has long been on integrating broking, operations and technology. He provides hands-on leadership experience in all facets of brokerage and underwriting businesses – strategy through execution.

Joost’s experience includes work at several global firms. He served as Senior Vice president at Allianz Global Risks, Chief Operating Officer at Willis NA, and, most recently, Global Head of Property & Casualty at Willis Towers Watson.

Joost received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering, and also an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
