CAC Specialty Launches a Senior Living Practice

CAC Specialty is proud to launch a new Senior Living Practice with the addition of Carl Swan as Executive Vice President and Alex Whipple as Senior Vice President.

Swan comes to CAC Specialty with deep experience and broad senior living industry involvement. Swan specializes in forward-thinking solutions for every type of senior living building, from independent and assisted living communities to skilled nursing centers and continuing care retirement communities.

Whipple brings extensive experience in insurance and risk management solutions for Senior Housing operators across the country. Whipple’s consultative approach focuses on utilizing risk management to drive down the total cost of risk.
