Skyler Sikes, former Kirkland & Ellis partner, joins the Representations & Warranties Practice at CAC Specialty

Sikes Brings Deep M&A and Energy Sector Expertise to Strengthen CAC Specialty’s RWI Offerings

DENVER (April 7, 2025) – CAC Specialty, a leading insurance broker and advisor within CAC Group, has hired Skyler Sikes to serve as Senior Vice President for the Representations & Warranties Insurance (“RWI”) Practice.

Sikes is an accomplished attorney, most recently serving as a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Dallas office. Throughout his impressive career, Sikes has represented public and private exploration and production companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a range of M&A transactions, including significant upstream and midstream acquisitions and divestitures.

In his new role, Sikes will focus on placing RWI across the oil and gas industry and cementing CAC Specialty as a significant player in the energy sector.
