CAC Specialty Welcomes Sonny Pittman as Executive Vice President, Business Development

CAC Specialty, a leading specialty insurance brokerage within CAC Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonny Pittman as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Pittman’s extensive healthcare experience, particularly in the Behavioral Health industry, combined with his legacy in the insurance industry, brings a dynamic addition to the CAC Specialty team, strengthening its presence in Nashville.

Pittman is a third-generation Property & Casualty professional. His early exposure to the industry laid the foundation for his vast experience across diverse sectors, including transportation and auto dealerships. Now, with a primary focus on providing tailored solutions for healthcare clients across the industry, including hospitals & health systems, physician groups, behavioral health facilities, and healthcare technology, Pittman’s deep industry knowledge and strategic insights will be pivotal as CAC Specialty continues to expand its footprint in the Nashville market.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, he served as Director, Client Advocate at a global broker, where he gained extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, working with hospitals, physician groups, healthcare technology companies, and other stakeholders. His understanding of the behavioral health sector and its unique needs has positioned him as a trusted advisor to clients navigating this rapidly evolving landscape.
