CAC Specialty Expands Natural Resources Team with New Account Executive, Vice President Chirag Patel

CAC Specialty, an integrated specialty insurance brokerage, welcomes Chirag Patel as Vice President and Account Executive within the Natural Resources division.

Patel brings more than a decade of energy-dedicated insurance experience through a combination of underwriting and retail broker services, most recently serving as a Vice President at Aon with a focus on oil and gas clients.

“Chirag joins a powerhouse oil & gas team in our Houston office, and will be instrumental in the ongoing growth of our Natural Resources team,” said Erin Lynch, President of CAC Specialty Natural Resources. “Our clients will benefit from his broad experience, and our team is excited to see yet another seasoned industry leader make the choice to join CAC Specialty.”

Patel will be responsible for developing and analyzing insurance programs for a broad range of energy clients while overseeing the execution of  day-to-day service activities and account management. He is already contributing to the Houston energy team in tremendous ways.

He received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Houston, focusing on finance and marketing.
