CAC Specialty Expands its Transactional Liability Team With Experienced Senior-Level Hire May 26, 2021We are pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas Bonfiglio. Thomas will serve as Senior Vice President on the Transactional Liability team.“Thomas’s long experience in the representation and warranty insurance space, particularly his years as an underwriter, is huge for our team,” says Michael Wakefield, CAC Specialty Transactional Liability Practice Leader. “Adding his underwriting expertise – and the unique perspective he gained from seeing the industry from the vantage of both a broker and an underwriter – will increase the level of service we deliver to our clients both in placing coverage and in navigating claims.”Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Thomas worked as both a senior underwriter and senior broker in the industry. As Underwriting Manager at Concord Specialty Risk, he specialized in underwriting complex risk matters and navigating difficult transactions. Most recently, Thomas served as a senior underwriter at Ethos Specialty, providing similar services. Prior to his time underwriting transactional insurance, Thomas served as an Associate Director at Aon.“I am excited to join CAC Specialty and bring my expertise to a growing Transactional Liability team.
