CAC Specialty announces Rogelio Hernandez as SVP, Multinational Practice Leader

Leadership Transition Fuels Growth of CAC’s Global Multinational Practice

DENVER, March 17, 2025 – CAC Specialty, a leading insurance brokerage and advisor, today announced the promotion of Rogelio Hernandez to Senior Vice President and Practice Leader, Multinational. A highly regarded international specialist, Rogelio succeeds David Frediani, who will continue as Senior Advisor supporting the Multinational team focusing on strategy and international network relationships.

Through David and Rogelio’s work, CAC has built Network+ providing market access and local service for clients globally using a unique combination of insurance broking networks and strategic partner relationships with over 54,000 professionals in 170 countries. With the addition of Katie Cole, the Multinational team actively manages accounts in 100 countries across all practice groups and industries and has a solid foundation supporting the ability for CAC Group to handle clients around the world.

Rogelio is a graduate of the Greehey School of Business at St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Business administration in Financial Services & Risk Management. He has a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and serves on the advisory board for the Greehey School of Business Risk Management Program.
