CAC Specialty Announces Appointment of Carrie O’Neil as Senior Vice President
DENVER, CO – March 9, 2020 – CAC Specialty is pleased to announce the appointment of Carrie O’Neil as Senior Vice President in its Financial Lines Legal and Claims Practice.
O’Neil joins CAC with experience on both the brokerage and insurer sides of the insurance industry.
Most recently, O’Neil was a Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty, leading the financial lines’ Legal & Claims team. Prior to joining JLT, O’Neil was a product development specialist for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she was charged with negotiating and drafting management and professional policy wording for BHSI’s insureds. Before working on the insurer side of the business, Carrie was a Managing Director at Aon, serving as its financial services group’s D&O and Fiduciary Practice Leader.

O’Neil has served as an advisor and advocate for a wide range of public and private clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, with a strong focus on securities litigation. Based in Denver, O’Neil will focus on the development of best-in-class policy language and claims advocacy. She brings an established track record of delivering customer success through her deep understanding of the market and ability to marshal resources to solve unique business challenges and generate positive outcomes.

O’Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia.
