Emily Nagel Joins CAC Group as Vice President, Senior Director of Operations

Strengthening Enterprise Operations for Sustainable Growth

DENVER (July 1, 2025) – CAC Group, a leading insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm, appointed Emily Nagel as Vice President, Senior Director of Operations, helping to strengthen the company’s operational capabilities in its next phase of strategic growth.

In this role, Nagel will focus on refining enterprise processes, technology, and integration strategies to drive operational excellence and alignment across the organization.

Previously, Nagel spent six years at a large insurance brokerage and risk management firm. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Operations where she developed and led their national surety servicing and operations team. Nagel directed the implementation of new software and technology solutions as well as worked closely with multiple divisions across the organization to influence and drive meaningful change to corporate and divisional procedures.

Nagel earned an associate’s degree in Art Studies from Western Nevada College and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Colorado Mesa University.
