CAC Group Names Johnathan Daniel as Chief Financial Officer to Support Next Phase of Strategic Growth

DENVER –  CAC Group, a leading insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Johnathan Daniel as Chief Financial Officer, marking a strategic leadership move as the firm enters a new phase of accelerated growth and enterprise scaling.

In his role as CFO, Daniel will lead CAC Group’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, with a focus on enhancing financial performance and enabling the strategic investments needed to build an infrastructure that will support long-term value creation. He will play a critical role in aligning CAC’s financial strategy with the company’s aggressive growth agenda, including capital deployment, margin expansion, and M&A activity.

Daniel has more than 15 years of experience guiding both public and private companies through critical phases of transformation and expansion, capital structure optimization, and SEC reporting – all with a focus on building strong financial foundations to support growth. He most recently served as Controller at CAC Group, where he led key initiatives to advance financial systems, enhance reporting capabilities, and strengthen internal controls.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
