Zach Policella

Zach Policella is a Vice President, Team Lead, for the Human Capital Risk Practice at CAC Specialty. He has extensive experience in employee benefits and private equity transactional solutions.

Prior to joining, Zach served as an Associate Director at WTW where he managed employee benefits due diligence processes, partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and Private Equity fund managers to develop best-in-class benefits programs for newly acquired companies. He has a proven track record of achieving annual growth targets and providing innovative solutions to complex benefits challenges.

Prior to his role at WTW, Zach was a Strategy Manager at Brio Benefit Consulting, where he assisted clients with strategic planning, benefit plan administration, and employee communications strategy. He developed an “M&A Playbook” to assist clients through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Brio, he worked at Arthur J. Gallagher, where he served as a Senior Analyst, supporting clients with benchmarking, plan design modeling, and compliance.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a Minor in Education from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He holds a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
