Will Miller

Will Miller joined CAC in 2023 after previously serving as an intern for the Analytics team. Will has played a key role in developing and enhancing financial and analytical models used across the organization. His work focuses heavily on captive insurance feasibility analyses, group captive evaluations, loss forecasting, retention optimization, and alternative risk financing structures. He has helped clients evaluate the economic viability of captive formations, assess group captive participation, and identify opportunities to retain risk more efficiently.

Will graduated from Cornell College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Applied Statistics. He was a founding board member and President of the Cornell Financial Group, a student-led investment organization responsible for managing a portion of the College’s portfolio. He was also a member of the Cornell baseball team and earned Academic All-Conference honors.

Will holds the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation and is passionate about the evolving captive and alternative risk marketplace, where he enjoys combining analytics, finance, and strategic problem-solving to help organizations make informed risk financing decisions.
