Wayne Bowling

Wayne Bowling joined CAC Agency in November of 2022 as an Employee Benefits Practice Leader with over 40 years of employee benefits experience ranging from brokerages and carriers to third party administrators. He most recently served as Senior Director, Health & Benefits at Willis Towers Watson with previous roles including state and regional practice leader, carrier relationship leader and market leader.

Wayne is responsible for team member development, enhancing and streamlining departmental processes and workflows, exceeding expectations on client deliverables and fostering expansion with new location build outs.

Wayne is a vintage car enthusiast and enjoys spending time at the lake with his family including his 14 grandchildren.
