Tracy Cooke

Tracy is a Senior Account Manager with CAC Agency. She assists client requests, partners with the account team to assist with preparing renewal submissions, processing policies, certificates, change requests, and analyzes contractual insurance requirements for client’s needs.

Before joining, Tracy worked for USI Insurance Services and J.R. Prewitt & Associates.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Apparel Merchandising from Auburn University. She has received the designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). Tracy also serves a member of the American Heart Association Service Guild.
