Tom Power

Tom Power joined CAC Specialty in August 2022 as Senior Vice President in the Financial Lines Practice. He has experience with large and complex Director and Officers, Employee Practices Liability, Fiduciary, Crime, Errors & Omissions, and Cyber placements.

Given Tom’s extensive experience working with Financial Institutions across all sectors at AIG; he will lead the company’s Financial Institutions Group serving as a key resource for banking, lending, insurance company, asset management, securities broker-dealer, and digital asset clients.

Prior to joining CAC, Tom was the Southeast Regional Executive for Financial Lines at AIG. He was also previously a Senior Vice President and Team Leader in AIG’s Financial Institutions Group.

Tom graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2019, he was a panelist at the AIG Financial Lines Producer Conference for the “Management Liability Commission” Session where he discussed emerging issues impacting the financial services sector.
