Tin Tran

Tin Tran is an Account Executive for the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC Agency.

Prior to joining, Tin managed 13 accounts at EPIC Brokers, with an estimated revenue of $1.3 million, and onboarded $300k revenue for 2024. His role involved leading cross-functional teams, educating clients on self-funding and captive arrangements, and mentoring junior team members. Prior to this, Tin served as an Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson, where he managed 8 accounts and developed strategies for process im-provements and regulatory compliance.

Tin’s career also includes significant roles at Marsh McLennan Agency and Strategic Employee Benefit Services, where he managed client relation-ships, supported negotiations, and prepared due diligence reports for pri-vate equity mergers and acquisitions.

Tin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University and is certified as a Group Disability Benefits Specialist.

Outside of his professional life, Tin enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and snowboarding. He cherishes spending time with his wife and young daugh-ter, finding joy in their shared experiences.
