Sharon Chappell

Sharon Chappell joined CAC Agency in June of 2022 as a Claims Advocate in the Workers’ Compensation Practice. She aids her team in working to ensure timely and complete resolutions of claims as well as educating clients in the claims process.

Prior to joining, Sharon served as Senior Risk Management Associate for Ram Tool Construction Supply for seven years. In addition, she also served 10 years with Wausau Insurance Co as a Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability Adjuster.

Sharon is a member of the Alabama chapter of RIMS. She also holds her WCLS, WCLA, and AIC designations. She is a graduate of Auburn University. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys going to various Auburn sporting events, family activities, and being outdoors.
