Shannon Lynch

Shannon has handled claims across all lines of business during her 12+ years here at CAC Agency. She is currently managing and assisting her clients with their Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber and Crime Insurance claims.

Shannon graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree. She is currently working on receiving her AIC designation.

Shannon began her insurance career as a Property Claims Adjuster where she processed personal and commercial property and casualty claims including water mitigation, fire loss, vandalism and catastrophe claims. Shannon is extremely detail oriented and enjoys working on all claims challenges.
