Shannon Holt

Shannon Holt joined CAC Specialty in June of 2022 as Senior Vice President of Workers’ Compensation in the Senior Living Practice. She brings decades of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on workers’ compensation program design, pricing structure, and claims oversight management. Shannon specialized in collaborating with clients to provide safer worksites, the retention of high performers, mitigating program costs and improving clients total cost of risk.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, she served as Managing Partner of Alliance Insurance Group. Shannon sits on the Agency Council for SAIF Corporation as well as the Claims Advisory Committee for AIG. In addition, she has been awarded 7-time Top Sales Recognition Award and 2-time Chairman Club Sales Recognition Award.

Shannon is a graduate of Oregon State University. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her two children and three bonus children.
