Ross Hamann

Ross Hamann is an Executive Vice President at CAC Specialty. Ross joined the firm in August of 2022 with a focus on bringing on new clients to CAC. Since then, he has expanded his role into leading the western half of the US for CAC Specialty on all things related to growth.

His expertise spans from startups to Fortune 100 and all lines of insurance. Ross’s energy and passion around bringing the best of CAC to his clients continues to drive the best outcomes in the business. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Ross led teams and offices to drive growth and retention of new clients.

Away from CAC Specialty, Ross is focused on his wife, Erin, and two kids, Jack and Grace. He also enjoys his travel and golfing since he used to be a professional golfer post getting his degree from Drake University.
