Raina Cofer

Raina Cofer is the Vice President of Loss Control for CAC Agency. She is a highly motivated professional with more than 20 years of experience in maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations while continuing to focus on injury prevention, OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), emergency preparedness, and sustainability improvements. Raina has expertise in developing and implementing management systems and training programs to foster a positive EHS culture, lower risks, and process improvements. She is adept at communicating with employees, contractors, supervisors, corporate management, regulatory agencies, and community leaders. Understanding that people are the heart of a business, she is passionate about keeping individuals safe and healthy while decreasing impacts on the environment and increasing process efficiency.

Her industry expertise includes environmental multi-media permit writing for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and environmental, health and safety leader for a Fortune 500 aerospace company.

Raina earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University. She is a certified behavioral base safety instructor and a TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) advisor.
