Rachel Barnett

Rachel Barnett is an Client Executive for the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC. She is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in business administration and management. Rachel is proficient in various technical tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Genesys Purecloud, Slack, Tableau, Sprinklr, and Canva.

Her career spans several roles, showcasing her versatility and expertise. Previously, she served as an Experiential Operations Specialist at Shipt Inc. where she assisted partners and drivers with order-related issues and managed outbound calls for ETAs. Prior to that, she was an Experience Team Member at Shipt Inc., providing support to members and shoppers through various communication channels and resolving issues efficiently.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue Global, graduating in December 2023, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Jacksonville State University.
