Philip Erikson

Philip Erikson joined CAC Specialty in May of 2022 as an Operations Consultant for the Human Capital Risk Practice. Philip aids his team in project management, internal administrative support, and graphic design.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Philip resided at a boutique employee benefits brokerage where he served as Project Manager and Technology Coordinator. He has experience in managing the benefit enrollment processes for clients while also building and managing benefit administration systems. Philip is also skilled in building presentations and spearheading tech support initiatives.

Philip is a graduate of Beloit College where he earned his BA in philosophy with a minor in political science. Outside of work, he enjoys baking bread and board game design.
