Miles Schmidt

Miles Schmidt is an Associate Broker for the Complex Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Specialty.

Prior to joining CAC, Miles was a seasoned Senior Account Manager at Ironwood/Marsh McLennan Agency, where he directly oversaw a diverse book of business that included retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and contracting accounts, generating over $450k in annual agency revenue. He also supported a four-person team managing 35+ accounts with a combined agency revenue exceeding $2M.

Miles began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He progressively advanced through various roles, including Account Manager positions at Ironwood/Marsh McLennan Agency and Sutter, McLellan & Gilbreath.

Currently, Miles is furthering his expertise by pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
