Michael Rice

Mike Rice is Vice Chairman of CAC Group.

In this role, Mike focuses on strategic opportunities that drive innovation as well as create growth and value for all of the company’s stakeholders.

Previously, Mike served as Chief Executive Officer at CAC Group, leading the organization to become one of the fastest organic growth insurance brokers in the history of the brokerage business. As a founding member of CAC Group, he played a significant role in developing the vision for the company, aligning CAC Group as one brand while building it to become a destination for top talent.

Within his more than 30 years of experience, Mike was the founding Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of JLT Specialty USA, responsible for overseeing JLT’s US Specialty operations and expansion. He also held several senior positions within Aon.

Mike graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
