Melissa Gabis

Melissa joined CAC Group in January of 2025 as VP, Healthcare Service and Placement Specialist. She is a licensed commercial agent with 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her insurance career started in Salt Lake City, Utah working as a workers’ compensation Claims Adjuster, and then continued her focus on workers’ compensation as a Claims Coordinator in the Risk Management department of a global chemical company.

Melissa began as an Assistant Account Manager at HUB International New England in 2009 working in the healthcare vertical. Throughout the years, she became an Assistant Vice President/Senior Account Manager working on hospitals, facilities and large physician groups.

Melissa attended Salt Lake Community College in Utah where she studied business. She has also obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designations. She resides in Franklin, Massachusetts and enjoys spending family time with her husband and 20-year-old son.
