Melissa Bagnell

Melissa Bagnell is a Claims Advocate in the Legal & Claims Practice at CAC Specialty, where she manages all aspects of the claims process. Drawing on her background in client services, account management, and finance, she collaborates with insureds, legal teams, and carriers to advocate favorable outcomes and ensure timely claim resolution.

Before joining CAC, Melissa gained valuable experience at Kopp Billing, Merrill Lynch, and Bank of America, where she managed financial data, supported client relationships, and streamlined operational processes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys hiking, strength training, and traveling.
