Melannie Layne

Melannie Layne joined CAC Agency in April 2018 as Associate Client Manager and moved into Senior Client Executive in 2019. Beforehand, she started at Chubb Insurance in 1989 and worked there for 11 years. From there, she went to work on the agency side in 2003 at Molton, Allen & Williams /USI for 15 years.

Melannie holds her Alabama Agents License and CISR. She has been a volunteer at Hand in Paw since 1998 where she serves as a therapy team evaluator. She also serves as animal motivator creating beautiful painting for the annual Picasso Pets art fundraiser. She has a passion for rescuing special needs animals and has trained over 10 deaf dogs to understand ASL and communicates with her deaf and blind dogs through touch.
