Matthew Graham

Matthew is a Senior Vice President of Loss Control with CAC. Matthew has over 25 years of experience in risk management leadership roles, with a focus in complex environmental, health, safety, facilities, and operations management. His expertise spans many industry sectors, but with a focus in manufacturing, construction, and service industries. He assists clients with project management from conception to implementation. His industry experience allows him to assist clients with designing and implementing programs that promote safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while increasing workforce engagement and operational efficiencies. Additionally, he specializes in developing complex regulatory and legal solutions, including agency mediation and crisis management for clients that may experience catastrophic losses or regulatory scrutiny.

Prior to OutFront Prevention, Matthew held leadership roles in environmental, health, and safety (EHS), facilities, and operational management positions with La-Z-Boy, Inc., Caterpillar, and Raytheon, followed by consulting for a variety of companies spanning diverse industry sectors. These experiences have taught him the importance of listening to clients regarding their needs, learning their business processes, and assisting them with innovative solutions to compliance strategies and overall risk management.

Matthew holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and General Science, both from Mississippi State University. Throughout his career, he has received numerous certifications and accreditations related to environmental, safety, operations management, and emergency management.
