Matthew Graham

Matthew is a Senior Vice President of Loss Control with CAC Agency. He has 25 years’ experience in risk management leadership roles, with a focus in complex environmental, health, safety and facilities management. His industry expertise spans many industry sectors, but with a focus in heavy manufacturing, the automotive and aerospace fields. He assists clients with project management—from conception to design, through implementation. His industry experience allows him to assist clients with designing and implementing programs that promote best-of-class safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while increasing workforce engagement and accountability. Additionally, he specializes in finding complex regulatory and legal solutions, including agency mediation and crisis management for clients that may experience catastrophic losses.

Prior to joining CAC Agency, Matthew was in leadership roles spanning safety, health, environmental, and facilities management with La-Z-Boy, Inc., Caterpillar, Raytheon, and followed by private consulting for a variety of companies.

Matthew has a Master of Science Degree in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and General Sciences, both from Mississippi State University. He is an authorized OSHA 501 Trainer (10-hour and 30-hour General Industry), OSHA 5400 Trainer (10-hour and 30-hour Maritime), NIMS Compliant Incident Commander, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (RAB Accredited).
