Mason Bass

Mason Bass is the Senior Account Executive for the National Accounts division. With numerous years of underwriting experience across various lines of coverage, including but not limited to Property, Auto, General Liability, Umbrella, and Workers’ Compensation, Mason contributes his extensive expertise to the team.

Prior to joining, Mason served as a Regional Vice President for Crum & Forster where he managed the underwriting team responsible for GA, FL, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama and was responsible for driving production while building the C&F brand in those states. Before that, Mason spent 14 years at Travelers Insurance as a Managing Director and other positions. He was responsible for marketing and underwriting for Property, Auto, General Liability, Umbrella, and Workers Compensation partnering with large national brokers as well as regional agencies. He was also responsible for a book of business with more than $110M in premiums.

Mason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. When he’s not working, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, Landry and Myles.
