Mary Hall

Mary Jacka Hall returned to CAC Agency in January of 2023 as a Senior Vice President, Middle Market Director.

Mary was previously a Vice President of Business Development, Southeast Region, for Marsh & McLennan Agency, formerly J. Smith Lanier for twelve years. A performance driven insurance professional with more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of property and casualty insurance, Mary was responsible for developing industry business relationships and partnerships, strategic initiatives, and designed/implemented the Southeast Regional Intern Program. She recruited and mentored newer producers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Prior to Marsh & McLennan, Mary was a Commercial Lines Marketing Executive for CAC Agency, where she analyzed client exposures, loss experience and current coverages to recommend appropriate products and services and liaised with insurers’ underwriting teams to negotiate program terms and conditions. She assisted producers in developing new and existing accounts with this marketing and coverage analysis.

She was a member of the Insurance Council for the Catholic Dioceses of Birmingham, board member and Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee of the Alabama Independent Insurance Agents, Inc., and was a Past President of the Birmingham Independent Insurance Agents. She is on the Board of Directors of Alabama Insurance Planning Commission and on the I-Day Committee.

Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in insurance from the University of Alabama.
