Marilyn Smiley

Marilyn Smiley is an Account Executive for Personal Lines at CAC Agency. She is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management, project management, and marketing.

Before joining, Marilyn served as the Regional Facilities Manager at MarshMcLennan Agency. In this role, Marilyn collaborated with various stakeholders to manage regional offices, oversaw office decommissions and renovations, and ensured a positive colleague experience. Before that, Marilyn was a Project Manager in Operations at MarshMcLennan Agency, where she successfully managed multiple projects, negotiated with vendors, and trained colleagues. She also served as part of the Marketing/BSG Administrative Team, contributing to email campaigns and website content.

Marilyn holds a Florida 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License, CPRIA designation, and is a Florida Notary. She is dedicated to continuous professional development and maintaining her industry licenses.
