Margaret Gaddy

Margaret Gaddy is the Director of Compliance for CAC Agency. She aids the company in vetting new companies and brokers while also reviewing new business agreements and other contracts. Additionally, she maintains template agreements, E&O claims, and subpoena requests.

Prior to joining the team, she resided at Protective Life for 10 years as a Staff Attorney. Margaret is an experienced Staff Attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She has a strong legal professional with a Doctor of Law – JD focused on law from The University of Alabama School of Law. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
