Mara Totten

Mara Totten joined CAC Specialty in August of 2022 as Vice President of the Financial Lines Practice. Mara brings with her seven years of insurance experience. At CAC, she is responsible for advisory and placement of sponsor insurance.

Prior to joining the CAC team, Mara served as Vice President of Client Advisory for Marsh & McLennan in the Pittsburgh market. Before Marsh, Mara was an underwriter for financial institutions at Starr in New York. Mara is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross where she earned her B.A. in Chinese and English. Outside of work, Mara enjoys traveling, reading, and finding the best restaurants for dinners out with friends and family.
