Lisa Spainhoward

Lisa Spainhoward is a Client Executive with the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC Agency. She is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry.

Prior to joining she served as an Employee Benefits Account Executive at AssuredPartners. Lisa collaborated with sales, brokers, and underwriting to negotiate rates for existing clients, generated benefit summaries and enrollment kits, and maintained effective client relationships.

Before that, Lisa had a long tenure at Humana, where she held various roles from July 2009 to January 2023. As a Sales Support Representative 2, she was responsible for new business quoting and implementation, data entry in Sales Force, and providing competitive quotes. She also served as an Account Advisor, where she hosted benefit fairs, processed producer agreements, and maintained relationships with 500 groups.

Lisa holds a Business Management degree from Nunnelley State Technical College. She is licensed in Life and Health insurance in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida.
