Lily Tears

Lily Tears joined CAC in January 2026 as an Account Coordinator for the Property and Casualty practice group. Prior to joining, Lily was a Summer 2025 intern for CAC where she got hands on experience with the company, learning daily operations and interfaces, participating in client meetings and risk evaluations, and getting to see first-hand how insurance can be tailored to effectively meet a client’s needs.

Lily earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from Auburn University. She served in many different positions during her time at Auburn. Lily was Director of Recruitment for the Alabama Gamma Chapter of Pi Beta Phi from 2023 to 2024 and was Director of Photography for Auburn’s Student Government Association from 2023 to 2024. She also was an activity member of Best Buddies, a student lead organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults in the community with intellectual and development disabilities.
