She has a strong track record of working with middle market clients and global companies across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and technology. Lauren excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders to meet both client and organizational objectives.
Her career includes notable roles at Marsh USA, LLC, where she served as a Private Equity, Mergers, and Acquisitions Project Manager and Transactional Risk Advisor from October 2021 to March 2024. In this position, she evaluated insurance placements, contracts, financial documents, and risk profiles, providing detailed reports and cost analyses to private equity clients. Prior to this, Lauren worked at RT Specialty as a Casualty Marketing Account Executive and Inside Broker, where she negotiated insurance renewal terms and led marketing efforts for clients with complex risk exposures.
Lauren began her career at Marsh USA, LLC/JLT Specialty as an Advisory Representative, where she managed upstream and renewable energy clients. Her proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills led to her promotion to Account Manager within just eight months.
