Lanette Norgan

Lanette Norgan joined CAC Specialty as a Senior Vice President for the Natural Resources Practice where she specializes in energy risk insurance. Lanette serves as the service team lead for Oil & Gas while contributing as an Account Executive for Power & Renewables. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having provided specialized consultancy, placement, and brokerage services for a variety of energy clients ranging from traditional oil and gas to power and renewables.

For nearly nine years, Lanette was an Account Executive and Vice President of the Energy and Marine Division with Alliant Insurance Services, and most recently served as a Marketing Account Executive and Vice President of Energy group at McGriff. In her combined industry experience, she has worked with U.S. markets, London, Bermuda as well as industry-specific mutuals.

Lanette’s combined experience will serve to drive risk management strategies and provide creative solutions for a wide breadth of energy clients.

In her free time, Lanette enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outdoor activities. She is active in her local charities, and she volunteers with various nonprofits including but not limited to Grace House Ministries and Prader-Willi Foundation – TX Chapter.
