Kit Cabonor

Kit Cabonor is an Account Executive for the Professional & Cyber Solutions Practice at CAC Specialty. With a career spanning over a decade, Kit has demonstrated expertise in brokering Cyber Liability & Technology Errors & Omissions coverage, developing strategic business plans, and executing operational duties across financial lines.

Prior to joining, Kit served as the Vice President, Cyber Practice Leader, and Associate Director of Financial Services at Lockton Companies. Her tenure at Lockton Companies began in July 2017, where she held various roles, including AVP, Cyber Practice Leader, and Senior Account Manager. In those positions, Kit was instrumental in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and negotiating bespoke policy language. Prior to joining Lockton, Kit worked at Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, LLC as an Account Executive in the Professional Risk Practice and at Monitor Liability Managers as an Executive Liability Underwriter.

Kit holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Elon University and has participated in leadership development programs such as the National Outdoor Leadership School. Kit was actively involved in professional organizations, having served as the Secretary of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society Southwest Chapter and as a mentor for Lockton Women in Leadership (WILD).
