Vice President, Team Lead, Human Capital Risk

Kirsten Parker is a Vice President, Team Lead for the Human Capital Risk Practice at CAC Specialty. She is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Honors College at the College of Charleston.

Prior to joining, Kirsten served as a Consulting Senior Associate at WTW where she advised large market clients on their employee benefits strategy, led RFPs and vendor management, and partnered with actuarial teams to develop her client’s healthcare and benefits budgets. She served on the WTW health and benefits innovation team, benchmark survey team, and managed a team of direct reports.

Before WTW, Kirsten worked in private equity on a finance team, developing the quarterly valuations of portfolio companies and funds. She began her career at Ernst & Young (EY) in their Financial Services Assurance practice, where she assisted in audit engagements for private equity, mutual fund, and hedge fund clients.

Kirsten is the founder and former president of Women in Business at the College of Charleston and is actively involved in her alma mater. Local to Chicago, she is involved in volunteer work as she serves as the Membership Chair for the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Her accolades include the Schottland Leadership Award, Kenan Value Investing Scholar, and Mercedes Benz Vans Scholar. Kirsten holds a CPA license and an IL Life & Health License.
