Josh Kirklin

Josh Kirklin is an Executive Vice President for CAC Specialty within the Natural Resources Practice. His career spans over 20 years, dedicated exclusively to upstream, midstream, and OFS Property & Casualty programs. Josh co-founded the Energy Practice of CAC Specialty in July 2016 with Robert Plumb.

Prior to starting the CAC Specialty Energy P&C practice, Josh spent 12.5 years with McGriff, Seibels & Williams in Houston, leading the growth of the firm’s upstream, midstream, OFS and Energy Private Equity practices. He began his career as an Energy and Marine Loss Adjuster for Steege Kingston (now Braemar).

Josh is a graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, NY where he played varsity football and studied on the Honors Economics Study Abroad program in London, his first introduction to the Lloyd’s Energy Insurance Market. He additionally was the inaugural Houston Energy Insurance Market participant in the Lloyd’s of London/Houston Energy work exchange program in 2006.
