John Stanley leads the Human Capital Risk Diligence Practice for CAC M&A Solutions. He excels in identifying areas of risk and opportunity within benefits programs, and human resources practice more broadly.
Understanding the position of human capital programs in relation to overall company objectives is critical for the success of any organization. John is able to identify areas where programs may be refined or improved, to help companies meet their goals. He specializes in conducting full program audits, inclusive of plan design assessments, employee cost sharing strategy, budget adequacy testing and compliance reviews, all in the context of the specific transaction he assists with, and the industry of the company.
Prior to joining CAC Specialty in 2020, John was most recently a Consultant for the Alterity Group, a subsidiary of NFP focused on driving strategy for private equity portfolios and their portfolio companies. He has an extensive knowledge base of best-in-class cost containment strategies, and experience working with executive teams on implementing program changes. While at NFP, John took a lead role in revamping the private equity due diligence practice to better serve his clients.
Originally from Massachusetts, John currently resides in Manhattan and is an avid football fan.
