John Crabtree

John Crabtree joined CAC Agency in October 2023 as an Associate Producer for the Property & Casualty Practice.

Prior to joining, John served as Director of Insurance for Conserv Capital, LLC where he managed an Inland Marine program that turned the insurance program into a profit center, among all other risk management aspects of the company. Prior to Conserv, he was an Associate Broker for Professional/Management Liability at Amwins. John was part of a team that managed a $2mm professional/management liability book of business with over 1300 annual renewals.

John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.
