Jenny Kim

Jenny Kim joined CAC Specialty in August 2024 as a Vice President, Producer in the Natural Resources Practice. She specializes in the renewable energy industry, advising developers, investors, banks and other stakeholders on bespoke risk transfer solutions that protect capital and unlock project bankability. With a strong track record in cultivating new business and managing client relationships, Jenny aligns complex insurance structures with financing requirements and the operational realities of energy assets.

Prior to CAC Specialty, Jenny was a Producer at Marsh, where she was instrumental in building the Renewable Energy Industry community and leading initiatives such as the CO Women in Risk Management events. Her earlier tenure at Lockton Companies strengthened her expertise in collaborative strategies and client retention initiatives. Recognized for her ability to create unique opportunities for her clients, Jenny continues to deliver tailored solutions that support growth and resilience.
Additionally, she has an extensive background in acting, with notable commercial and film roles, and is a member of ACTRA and SAG-eligible.

Jenny holds a BA in Political Science with a Business Administration emphasis from the University of Waterloo. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Rocky Mountain Association for Finance Professionals and Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. She is also a certified nutritionist with the Nutritional Therapy Association.
