Jennifer Conway

Jennifer Conway recently joined CAC as a Compliance Account Executive. She has 19 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.  After learning medical benefits in her career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, she moved to the consulting world, spending 15 years working for two nationally known firms, both top 10 largest firms in the US.  Before moving from the service team to a subject matter expert, Jennifer was an Account Executive on a $2.8M book of business while serving in regional workstream groups focused on industry-specific client verticals, medical RFP analysis and client surveys. Her commitment to thorough, quick client responses earned her a service award in 2023 and nomination in 2024 for the largest company award in the southeast.

Jennifer graduated cum laude from The University of Alabama in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2021. She recently joined the CAC Cares team and is spearheading the Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiative for the company.  Outside of work, Jennifer serves as a chauffeur and travel softball mom to her daughter Hannah. She enjoys time with her daughter, her Labrador Retriever Allie and staying active in classes at the YMCA.
