Jeff Maye

Jeff Maye is a Claims Advocate for Workers’ Compensation at CAC Agency. He has extensive experience in workers’ compensation claims management and fraud investigation.

Prior to joining, Jeff served as a Claims Analyst for Peoplease, where he independently resolved employee injury claims across multiple jurisdictions and managed a substantial caseload.

In his previous roles, Jeff demonstrated his ability to manage high volumes of claims, negotiate settlements, and reduce administrative costs. He worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster at OneSource Employee Management and as a Claims Adjuster at Macy’s Corporate Services, where he handled claims for multiple states and industries. Additionally, Jeff has experience in fraud investigation and customer service, having resolved fraudulent disputes and provided top-tier customer support at Macy’s.

Jeff holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Cincinnati, where he completed a thesis on Presidential Leadership Styles. He also earned a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Findlay, with a capstone project focused on Political Science Internships.

Jeffrey is licensed for workers’ compensation in Connecticut and New Hampshire and has been recognized for his outstanding performance, including winning the 2022 Rookie of the Year Award at Peoplease.
